Harris supports the GOP tax reform law that gives roughly a trillion dollars in tax breaks to corporations while adding nearly $2 trillion to the national debt. The reform bill may already force a $25 billion cut to Medicare, and Republicans are planning to pay for the tax cuts by slashing billions from Social Security and Medicare.
